Co-driver, Co-rider and Navigator Required Race Application

This is a race application must be completed for each Co-driver, Co-rider, and Navigator on the team. There are no fees associated with this application but it is mandatory to be completed for every race. We use this information not only Rescue Ops but to also print your race wristband.  All co-driving, co-riding, navigating team members must also be a current 2022 SCORE Member. Only those Co-drivers,Co-riders, & Navigators on a team that have purchased their 2022 SCORE Membership AND completed this race application will be on the entry list. The deadline to complete both of these requirements to be in the SCORE Journal and Race Program is Friday, May 13th 5PM PT. Anyone that has not completed both will not be listed. You will have until May 20th 5PM PT to be listed on the entry list, however you must be part of an existing race entry in order to listed.

Memberships must now be done online as the Membership Cards are digital and sent to the purchaser (account holder) via email.

To drive a four-wheel vehicle or ride a moto/quad as a co-driver or co-rider, you must have a valid government issued, non-restricted driver’s license.  Race Participants under the age of 18 will need written parental consent and must submit a copy of driver's license to registration@score-international if applying to co-drive or co-ride on a team.  Anyone without a driver's license is NOT permitted to race a moto or quad. 

BANDING POLICY: All Co-drivers, Co-riders, and Navigators are REQUIRED to Check-in at Race Registration on race week before the closing time listed on the Schedule of Events by the final date.  There is absolutely no banding allowed on race day.  If there is a schedule conflict the Co-driver, Co-rider, or Navigator that cannot make it to Registration before it closes MUST have this application completed, a current SCORE Membership, the Race Entry paid in full by the DOR/ROR, and submit an original Notarized Waiver(s) to Registration Director for someone on the team to pick up the wristband for that individual.  No exceptions to this policy.  See Notarized Tutorial doc > Race Info > 54th Baja 500 Race Logo > Registration Info > Notarized Waiver Tutorial for steps and details.  

By submitting this application for participation in the 2022 54th Baja 500, you are acknowledging it is the responsibility of each race participant to read and thoroughly understand the Racer Brief, Penalty Bulletin, the 2022 SCORE Rule Book, all applicable Waivers, and all race event specific published information.

Esta es una aplicación medica que debe de ser completada por cada copiloto, ocupantes y navegador del equipo. No hay costos asociados con esta aplicación, pero es obligatorio que se complete para cada Carrera. Todos los copilotos, ocupantes y navegadores del equipo también tendrán que ser miembro de SCORE para el 2022. Solamente aquellos Copilotos, Ocupantes y Navegadores en el equipo que hayan completado su membresía de SCORE 2022 en línea Y esta aplicación, aparecerán en la lista de Entrada. La fecha límite para completar estos dos requisitos para estar en el Diario SCORE y el Programa de Carrera es el viernes 13 de Mayo a las 5 p.m. PT. Cualquiera que no haya completado ambas cosas no será listado. Tendrás hasta el 20 de mayo a las 5 p.m. PT para estar incluido en la lista de inscripciones, sin embargo, debes ser parte de una inscripción de carrera existente para aparecer en la lista.

Las membresías ahora deben hacerse en línea ya que las tarjetas de membresía son digitales y se envían al comprador (titular de la cuenta) por correo electrónico.

Para conducir un vehículo de cuatro ruedas o montar una moto / cuatrimoto como copiloto, debe tener una licencia de conducir válida emitida por el gobierno y sin restricciones. Los participantes de la carrera menores de 18 años necesitarán el consentimiento de los padres por escrito y deben enviar una copia de la licencia de conducir a registration@score-international.com si solicitan ser copilotos en un equipo. Cualquier persona sin licencia de conducir NO está autorizada a correr en moto o quad.

POLÍTICA DE PULSERAS: Todos los copilotos, ocupantes y navegantes deben registrarse en el registro de la carrera en la semana de la carrera antes de la hora de cierre indicada en el calendario de eventos antes de la fecha límite. No se entregará ninguna pulsera por ninguna razón el día de la carrera. Si hay un conflicto de horario, el copiloto, ocupante o navegante que no pueda llegar al registro antes de que cierre, DEBERA tener esta forma completa, una membresía SCORE actual, la inscripción de la carrera pagada en su totalidad por el DOR/ROR y presentar una exención notariada original al director de registro para que alguien en el equipo pueda recoger la pulsera de esa persona. No hay excepciones a esta política. Al enviar esta solicitud para participar en el 2022 54th Baja 500, usted reconoce que es responsabilidad de cada participante de la carrera leer y comprender a fondo el Racer Brief, el Penalty Bulletin, el 2022 SCORE Rule Book, todas las exenciones aplicables y toda información publicada específica del evento de la carrera.
